Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is Rast Marketing s.r.o., company ID 52157911, Strážska cesta 31, 960 01 Zvolen. Send questions and requests about data protection to info@rast.digital.

• Account and team: name, email, role in the team, profile photo and when you last signed in.
• What you follow: your brand, competitors, report and alert settings, report recipients, folders, notes and comments.
• Uploaded files: your brand’s or agency’s logo and your profile photo.
• Billing: company name, company ID, tax ID, VAT ID, address and invoice email. Stripe processes your card; we only see its type, last four digits and expiry date.
• Usage analytics: which pages and features you open, and your device and browser type. Only if you allowed it, through PostHog in the EU.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and request time in server logs.

The ads in the archive are public data from the Meta Ad Library. They may include the name of the advertiser or of whoever paid for the ad, as Meta publishes them.

• To make AdPatrol work: sign-in, your team, followed brands, reports and alerts. The legal basis is performance of the contract.
• For invoicing and accounting. The legal basis is a legal obligation.
• For security and fixing errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
• For the archive of public ads, which is the core of the service. The legal basis is legitimate interest: it lets customers see how their market advertises.
• For usage analytics, so we know what to improve. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use these suppliers to run AdPatrol. They process data only on our instructions, and we have data processing agreements with them.

Anthropic receives the texts and images of ads, not data about you.

Some suppliers are based in the USA. Where data is transferred outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you connect Slack or an AI agent such as Claude or ChatGPT, we send them the data you ask for. You choose these services, and they follow their own rules.

• Your account and everything in it: as long as the account exists. When you delete the account, we delete it all. It disappears from backups once they are overwritten.
• Invoices: as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Usage analytics: at most retention period, then we delete it.
• Server logs: only briefly, for security and fixing errors.
• Cookies: as set out in the Cookie Policy.

The archive of public ads isn’t deleted; it is shared by all customers. Your notes and folders about ads are deleted with your account.

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy,
• have it corrected or deleted,
• restrict its processing or object to it,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and take it elsewhere,
• withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, for example in the cookie settings.

You can change your name and delete your account yourself in Settings. Send other requests to info@rast.digital. We’ll reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact a data protection authority, for example in the EU country where you live or work.

Connections to AdPatrol are encrypted. Each customer’s data is kept separate in the database, so no other customer can access it. Keys to the services we use stay on the server, and only people who need access to run the service have it.

The AI in AdPatrol describes ads, not people. Nothing is decided about you automatically that would have legal or similarly significant effects.

We’ll update this page when the service or our suppliers change. The date it applies from is at the top. We’ll tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
